Health & Safety Guidelines for The Parks and Recreation Summit

As of August 2022

Endeavor Business Media considers the safety of all those on-site at the Parks and Recreation Summit as our top priority, including our attendees, supplier sponsors, and event staff. In these efforts to host a safe and productive event, we pledge to follow the guidelines set forth by state and local authorities and CDC Guidance for EventsPlease note, these guidelines and mandates may change from time to time. 

Prior to arriving at the Summit, we encourage each attendee to do the following:

  • Visit the Summit website for any updates to our Health and Safety Guidelines.

  • Monitor your daily health and complete a pre-travel Self-Assessment before traveling to the Summit. 

  • Familiarize yourself with the Summit’s On-Site Terms and Conditions.

 

On-Site Safety Practices Include:

  • Acceptable face coverings are recommended for all participants at the Summit when not eating or drinking, unless required by the venue, city or state mandate. Participants are responsible for providing their own face masks.

  • Reminders to maintain physical distance, to wash your hands often, and to please self-monitor for symptoms/remain in your hotel room and notify Summit Staff if you are sick

  • Hand sanitizer available throughout the venue

  • Modify gathering areas if required by city, state or venue guidelines and schedule regular cleanings of public and function space

  • Share local resources for pharmacies, urgent care facilities, and hospitals​

Summit Staff has the right to remove or exclude anyone from the Summit if they do not follow our Health & Safety policies or do not follow Health and Safety instructions set forth by the Summit or venue staff.
